The hand-crafted ceramic parts, made for us by Pratt & Larson Tile, have a Brownstone White glaze with variations and imperfections inherent to their artisan craft process. All fixtures are hand-made to order.

How To Measure A Pendant
Overall fixture length (OAL) is measured from the ceiling to the bottom edge of the fixture's shade, glass globe, or exposed socket. Light bulbs are not included in the fixture measurements.
It is useful to make a template by cutting a section of cardboard or blowing up a balloon to the measurements listed in the fixture details. Then hang your template from the ceiling by a string and take your desired measurement.
For pendants with fixed downrods, the overall fixture length is not adjustable during installation. Please measure carefully.

Deliveries and Returns
All orders are shipped via UPS or DHL. Packages are insured and trackable. An email containing the tracking number will be sent to you when the order ships. Once your order has shipped, deliveries in the continental US by UPS Ground will take 2-5 days from our Oregon Studio.
Pendants and chandeliers are not eligible for return. Please order carefully and if you need any assistance measuring or placing your order, please contact our customer service team.
