Cultural Pride: Our Hispanic Team's Influence

In celebration of Hispanic American Heritage Month, we want to honor and celebrate the Hispanic and Latinx members of the Cedar & Moss team for their invaluable contributions to our company and community. A large portion of our tight-knit team have Hispanic and Latinx heritage. Some of their families have been in the US for many generations, while others are first-generation. Some have been with our studio from the very beginning, and others joined later. All have played a vital role in helping Cedar & Moss thrive through their dedication, hard work, and diverse perspectives.

A Flourishing Latina-Led Studio

Our studio is led by Latinas. Our Assembly Manager, Minerva, was the studio's first employee, and our Production Manager, Gladys, joined soon after—both working alongside Michelle from her basement in the early days. Today, Gladys and Minerva lead our studio production team with exceptional intelligence, depth of knowledge, and an unwavering commitment to excellence and quality.  If you've been a Cedar & Moss customer, Minerva and Gladys helped ensure that your order was handmade with precision and care.
