We do not offer trade or volume discounts in order to make great quality and design accessible to everyone. To place an order, simply select your options and quantity and securely check out online. If you need assistance with measurements or want to ensure you'll love the finish, you can contact our customer service team or purchase finish samples.

All orders are shipped via FedEx or USPS. Packages are insured and trackable. An email containing the tracking number will be sent to you when the order ships. Once your order has shipped, deliveries in the continental US by FedEx Ground will take 2-5 days from our Oregon Studio.

This item is eligible for return for up to 45 days from delivery.

Custom items, clearance items, items that have been installed, or items not in their original factory condition are not eligible for return. Orders with quantities of ten or more items are non-returnable. 

Shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure returned items are packaged properly, as we are unable to accept returns on damaged items.

Once your return is delivered, it will be processed in 3-5 business days. Please allow an additional 2-3 days for any refunds to be processed by your card carrier.
